Case Study: E-commerce, Shopify, Facebook Marketing
How We Launched & Scaled An E-Commerce Store To $1,000/Day In 14 Days
Challenge
With the Pandemic lockdown impacting brick-and-mortar business during Spring 2021, an opportunity presented itself for launching a virtual e-commerce store for outdoor casual fishing.
Quick Strike Fishing was designed to be a digital catalog for a single product launch. The entire look, feel, and experience needed to be centered around converting web visitors into customers immediately.
Game Plan
Before we began this project, we knew this would redefine the traditional online web shopping experience.
Working in urgency to meet the rising demand of outdoor fishing before Summer 2021, our successful launch required careful consideration of the ideal customer avatar.

Impact
Designing, building, and launching a high-performing store is no easy feat. However, with the right go-to-market strategy, customer and niche understanding, then the results can be explosive.
Within 14 days from start, we met the target sales goal and launched ahead of schedule. The importance of the timeline enabled us to launch, gather data to run multivariate and split-tests, then optimize and implement changes.
As sales began outperforming the set KPIs, we knew the first part was complete. Afterwards, additional conversion-rate optimization (CRO) services were carried out to improve the rate of turning web visitors into profits, like clock-work.
